- Picture position field supports comma-separated list of position or id numbers from RSS feed.
- Removed picture count field (now determined by number of items in picture position field).
- Added CSS height/width to images to avoid shuffling of multiple pictures.
- Removed module parameter cache option (made no performance difference).
- Minor tweaks that made the programmer happy.
